Knowledgeable staff, updated room, in general I truly enjoyed this ideal hotel. The breakfast was excellent with sweets, and reasonably priced. The property had a central location in the city.

The staff were really polite and nice. When they found that they did not receive our confirmation from Booked.net when we checked in, we were immediately booked to another hotel. The transfers to the other hotel and the stay there for one night were complimentary. We came back to stay for the rest of the holiday. Apartment was clean, facilities adequate to cook a simple meal and relax. Bus stop is just 5 mins walk from the hotel and comes regularly about 15 mins. There is a nearby supermarket which sells most stuff we needed. Most recommended to stay here.
The fridge could be a bit noisy.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior One-Bedroom Apartment. The apartment was spacious and super clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. We were able to order food for late-night delivery, and the bus stop nearby made getting into the city easy. Irene was the highlight. Her cheerful assistance really made our stay special 😊

the facilities were great. It was like a 4 star hotel but much more spacious room with open plan bedroom with big balcony, kitchen and big bathroom
although the location was quiet and by the river it was a good 40 mns into the city. We didn't mind it as it was a pleasant walk and there were buses but not possible if you just wanted to pop back in the day

We had good sized rooms and ample space, the kitchenette was convenient with children. There was a supermarket not far from it and a bus stop that took you to the centre of Verona in 5 minutes. The staff were very helpful and it also had laundry facilities

I wanted to enjoy my stay, but sadly constant cicadas and noises from neighbors ruined it. I woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary room upgrade for such inconveniences, however, no one even bothered to acknowledge my plight. Breakfast was dismal. One star for cleanliness, but this place is far from perfect.

Hotel staff are really friendly. We booked two bed rooms appartment and it could accomodate 5 people.
The location is not in city center and the bus only run until 7 p.m. Its better to take taxi which cost around 11 Euro
